We were luck to host an incredible group of ladies in May who were visiting the Whitsundays as part of a familiarisation tour organised by the Superyacht Group Great Barrier Reef.
After the delegates experience a once-in-a-lifetime helicopter tour over the Great Barrier Reef, then a tour of the first-class facilities at Abell Point Marina it was time to relax at Hemingway’s for a long lunch in the sunshine. Chef prepared a delicious menu for the guests:
- Entree – Charcuterie Board
- Main – Market Fish/ Pork & Scallops/ Cured Ora King Salmon
- Desert – selection of hand made desserts
Boat International travel editor, Sophia Wilson was one of the delegates and has since written a great article in their September issue on the Great Barrier Reef experience she had. We are delighted to get a special mention in the article, meaning Hemingway’s has officially gone global!
