Justin is our smiley Restaurant Supervisor who originally came to Airlie Beach for the laid-back lifestyle and decided to make it his home. Justin has a wealth of experience in the Whitsunday hospitality industry having worked for many years in local restaurants, pubs and hotels, joining the team at Hemingway’s a few months ago and becoming like a father figure to our growing front of house team.
When asked what his favourite food was, Justin gave a very simple answer – steak! You can’t argue with a man who loves his meat.
Always smiling and with a wicked sense of humour, Justin loves music, dancing and most of all he loves his family. When asked what three items Justin would take with him in the event he was stranded one a desert island, his response was Rum, Rum, Rum. Something tells us that he would be hungry and have no shelter, but would be blissfully happy!
Justin’s number one Whitsunday tip is: visit Dingo Beach, a short 40 minute drive from Airlie Beach close to Hideaway Bay.
