We currently have an experienced french pastry chef, Sebastien, in our kitchen who is producing some exceptional desserts. We always try to express to our customers that dining at Hemingway’s is a gastronomic experience. To sit in such stunning waterfront surroundings and enjoy several courses prepared by a dedicate kitchen team is what dining at Hemingway’s is all about. Whilst our selection of oysters, appetizers and entrees are all worth a try, we highly recommend you leave room for dessert.
A particular favourite at the moment as the weather heats up is Tropical Panna Cotta, which is a lemongrass panna cotta with marinated fresh tropical fruit, white chocolate and passion fruit sauce and a mango gel.
If panna cotta is not your fancy, then try the Mignardises, which is a stunning selection of house made treats. The inclusions change almost every day and are guaranteed to impress the dessert fiends out there.
Whatever you chose, all our deserts are made fresh and with love and are the perfect way to round off a Hemingway’s dining experience.
